Regardless of biologically hardwired genetic predispositions, all humans are now born into a
technology saturated cultural world which is affecting our future evolution. It has been my concern
to explore this technoMetamorphosis through both academic research/writing and digital visual
art in the hope of arousing awareness in others of the potential dangers in this process.

Whilst I still believe this is an urgent and important issue I am now concentrating on my other
main interest, the relationship of consciousness to the universe. This includes exploring the
fundamental ontology of existence; the nature of consciousness within the individual and the
universe; and embodied necessity or the possibility of disembodied existence. It specifically
takes into account what I call an all-integrating field of matter and includes Process Philosophy,
Quantum Physics, Cosmological Resonance and Chaos Theory.
